Umm, I kinda like my cookies with brown and white sugar and 1 cup is a little bit to much. So I did 1/2 cup of white, 1/3 cup of brown. Since I think that it's way to sweet for my family but also, you can also follow the original recipe if you like sweeter cookies! Hope this helped❤
I made these at home and they turned out good but I added an extra 1/2 cup flour and I set my timer for 10 minutes at medium heat (maybe 180 Celsius) I am a baker so maybe they made it easier for me to see that this recipe would only work with these alterations. I hope it helps someone 😊

Worked so well the cookie dough batter tasted so good but the video says 450. It is actually 350 and you should soften your butter so it’ll stir in better. You should also chill in French for an hour and a half to two hours and bake for 15 minutes to 20 minutes

If you want the cookies to spread it out, let it out at fridge for about 10-15 minutes before you preheat the oven. Try to use oven termometer for accuracy.
But if use 425-450F preheated oven just put your cookies dough straight to the oven from the fridge. Be sure to bake it for about 6-7 minutes.

Hey. So when you put the cookies in the oven, you should put them on a flat tray so they be the right shape. The paper she used is baking paper. You can use tin foil but it won't work as good. If you are using baking paper then your cookies won't stick so you won't need to worry about that. And its best to keep the temperature in the middle. Not too high or too low. Hope that helps xxx

I can tell you used the cup method at the end to get them looking so perfectly round, especially since you spaced them way too close together on the cookie sheet
